User guide:

1. Install and run Psiloc mailSync on your phone.

2. Settings

You need to configure the application before using it. Select Options->Settings or just select yes when notification is shown.

Select your email provider - you can use predefined Gmail, Yahoo or define your own IMAP provider.

Account settings

Gmail™ (or any other) account – enter your e-mail login.
Password – enter your password. Password is stored encrypted.

After the data is set, select Options| Test to test the credentials.

Connection tab

Here you can set your Access point and define Reuse connection.

Access point – select an Access point to be used during synchronization. Note: you cannot set Access point to Always ask if Schedule is set to other mode than Manual.

Reuse connections – Select Yes if you want mailSync to use Internet connections established by other applications for synchronization

Synchronization tab

Schedule – choose how often messages should be archived:

- Sync manually – you have to manually select Options->Synchronize to start synchronization

- Real time – synchronization starts immediately after a new message is sent or received

- Interval timer – synchronization starts automatically every specified hour(s)

- Everyday – synchronization starts automatically everyday at the specific time

Sync items - specify thet kind of items you want to be synchronized.

Sync attachments - specify the max. size of the attachments you want to be synchronized.

Sync as HTML - Select 'Yes' if you want to save messages in HTML format. Otherwise select 'No'.

3. Synchronization

Status tab

Options->Synchronize All – starts synchronization of all messages stored in Inbox and Sent folder

Note: Internet connection is not started if there is nothing to synchronize

Options->Synchronize – starts synchronization. Only new messages are synchronized

Options->Stop synchronization - stop synchronisation.
